Have you heard the exciting news about the Newport News E-Commerce Grant Program?

The City of Newport News, VA is offering grant money to qualifying local small businesses to help them grow their business online.

You can get up to $4,500 to help pay for your small business website.


The Newport News E-Commerce Grant Program is meant to assist locally owned businesses located in the City of Newport News, Virginia with E-Commerce technology.

So that includes website design and development, online marketing, shopping carts, etc.

Grants are made on a first-come, first served basis and are limited to available funding.

So don't sit on this opportunity too long. Act as soon as possible.

How Much Is The Newport News E-Commerce Grant?

  • For non-minority owned businesses the grant shall not exceed 50% of the total project cost up to a maximum of $2,500.

  • For women-owned or minority-owned businesses the grant shall not exceed 50% of the total project cost up to a maximum of $4,500.
